Shipping Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends (Courier depending) or holidays. Please allow a further 2-3 days delivery thereafter (Excluding Weekends/Holidays)

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit. If there will be a significant delay in your order or an item may be currently out of stock, we will contact you via phone or e-mail

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout

Returns

You have 14 Days to return an item from the date you received it

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and must come in its original packet

Refunds

You can return an item in store or by post and the refund will be returned in accordance with the method of payment, less the original postage cost. Please note we do not pay for any additional postage cost done by you. You will be responsible for paying for your own postage cost when returning your item

Once we’ve received the item, we will inspect it and notify you of its arrival. We will then start the refund process if your refund is approved
